What if you could train for a year, then return to today?
Posted by: Ace Corona - 06-15-2025, 04:08 AM - Forum: The Misc. - Replies (3)

What if you could go somewhere and train for a year where no one you knew could find you, and when the year was up, you returned to the day you left?

People who know you would see a whole year of muscular development transpire in one day.

What would you tell them? If you told them the truth, they might contact mental health and have you put on a psychiatric hold.

If someone did this and entered a natural bodybuilding competition, do you think they should be disqualified?

Would you rather have trouble putting on size, or losing weight?
Posted by: Ace Corona - 06-15-2025, 04:05 AM - Forum: The Misc. - Replies (2)

Some people can’t seem to eat enough, and have trouble putting on size. Others can’t seem to lose weight.

Which of these extremes would you rather be in?

  Good foods for cutting?
Posted by: Ace Corona - 06-12-2025, 11:10 PM - Forum: Nutrition and Supplementation - No Replies

I’m trying to lose body fat, and I need to stay on a diet for as long as possible because I’ve got a lot of weight to lose. I need some recommendations for foods I can eat on a cut, so I have more variety and won’t be tempted to cheat on my diet.

I currently have:

Frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Pinto beans that I can cook from scratch

Seeds of change organic brown rice and quinoa

Eggs

Cabbage

Onions

Apples

Grapes

Normandy blend frozen vegetables from Costco

Shredded wheat cereal

Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder

Powdered peanut butter

Canned peas and spinach

What else could I eat?

What muscle magazines do you read?

I bought an issue of Ironman magazine, it promotes natural bodybuilding. It seems most other muscle mags have gone out of business.

What muscle mags do you buy?

  Watches in 2025
Posted by: BlitzKrieg - 06-11-2025, 10:12 PM - Forum: The Misc. - Replies (4)

Why do people still buy watches? Clocks are everywhere. Mobile phone, task bar on computer, screen in car, microwave, thermostat, TV, thing to see who is at the door, IP phone, ....

So, why watches? Seems almost unrealistic that you would use it even if you wore it. So much easier to look at the clock right in front of your face (windows task bar) 8 hours a day.

Do people actually sit at their computer, roll up their sleeve, make a dramatic gesture to position their wrist in front of their face so they can check the time which was already in their screen? I don't get it..

In b4 it's jewelry phaggot. Well why not wear bracelets and rings then instead of a piece of obsolete technology?

Whenever I see someone in the current era wearing a watch I can't help but assume that person must be borderline retarded or full blown retarded. (Dead fucking serious)

  Double Supersets for Chest
Posted by: Ace Corona - 06-11-2025, 07:07 PM - Forum: Ded Fkn Srs Lifting Forum - Replies (3)

I’ve already experimented with doing double supersets for shoulders, today I tried doing them for chest.

I do a set of dumbbell floor press, then a set of dumbbell Flyes, then another set of floor press, and a second set of Flyes. That’s four total sets without resting.

Rest three minutes then do it again!

My wife always wakes me up in the morning with noise
Posted by: forthedifficult - 06-11-2025, 05:55 AM - Forum: The Misc. - Replies (3)

And we don't even sleep in the same room and I sleep with ear plugs. But still I get woken up by doors mostly. Bitches can't be quiet.

I can hardly imagine how guys manage to get a good night sleep if they share a bedroom with a woman or worse still have children making noise at odd times.

Who here eats Chia seeds? They’re supposed to be healthy. Are they good for weight loss?

  Best Fighting System?

What is the best fighting system for street fighting? I say Jeet Kune Do, the system developed by Bruce Lee. I’ve been in a lot of fights with this, and haven’t really lost that I can recall.
