Does this expression apply to nutrition? It’s a computer term, but I think it can be applied to mean that if you eat junk food, your body will pay the price.

I wonder if I keep ordering and returning, eventually I will get one that is properly packaged and not deformed. I don't think so, but I am continueing regardless

Once the ten years are up, you can keep your physique without any strings attached. But if you partake of what you were supposed to give up, you go back to your current physique.
