MilkyTits here. Let's get this going:

Day 15 - abs and legs

Crunches on decline bench 3x30
Kneeling crunches with resistance bands 3x30
tri bar oblique twist 3x20
Side bend with kettlebell 3x10


squats 6x20 with a tri bar
side lunges 3x20
calf raises 3x20
RDLs 4x20

I'm using light weights but I should change it anyway. Good point.

Day 16 - rest

Felt weak and tired yesterday so I had a bulk meal. Was wonderful and did the trick.
