Who here eats Chia seeds? They’re supposed to be healthy. Are they good for weight loss?

I bought some from Amazon and tried some in my oatmeal this morning. The texture was great and I felt more satisfied than usual. I’m going to continue eating them.

I’m going to stop eating them for a while, I think too much fat can make me gain weight. Even though the fat is healthy, it can add up
