I stay away from caffeine, I used to take blood pressure medication and it would react with caffeine in a bad way. I still don’t take caffeine despite being off that medication.

Yeah energy drinks and caffeine aren't for everyone especially if you have blood pressure issues but I love them and a strong coffee in the mornings
