Double supersets for shoulders

I use 23.6 pound dumbbells and do a set of side laterals, then a set of bent over rear delt flyes, then repeat that process again, for a total of four sets, two sets of side laterals and two sets of rear delt flyes.

I’ve seen progress with this technique, and I feel my traps getting bigger, too.

Markus Ruhl is really fussy about side lateral technique. Huge form nazi. And he had the best delts in history. I recommend watching his videos.
