I’m trying to lose body fat, and I need to stay on a diet for as long as possible because I’ve got a lot of weight to lose. I need some recommendations for foods I can eat on a cut, so I have more variety and won’t be tempted to cheat on my diet.

I currently have:

Frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Pinto beans that I can cook from scratch

Seeds of change organic brown rice and quinoa

Eggs

Cabbage

Onions

Apples

Grapes

Normandy blend frozen vegetables from Costco

Shredded wheat cereal

Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder

Powdered peanut butter

Canned peas and spinach

What else could I eat?
