Let’s say you met a genie, and they will grant your wish to attain your ideal physique instantly, but you must give something up in exchange for it.

No pizza for ten years 

Or

No alcohol for ten years 

Or something else of your choosing

Once the ten years are up, you can keep your physique without any strings attached. But if you partake of what you were supposed to give up, you go back to your current physique.

What would you give up?
