No, I bought a blood pressure monitor and found out my blood pressure is high. I started researching it, and read that weight training causes your blood pressure to go up.

On the flip side, in the long run lifting helps your blood pressure.

I have high blood pressure and weight lifting raises it, but I still lift anyways
